I am training up lots of new staff next week. The same week Heidi gets back from Vietnam meaning I wont get to meet her at the airport. Quite possibly I am in trouble, I dont know yet although I am reliably informed it makes me a bad boyfriend.

In the meantime I will be running training and of course forcing people to take part in all sorts of 'icebreakers' in order to get to know their new team mates a little better. There are the old favourites, running naked around the block, everyone take a knife and cut the tip off the thumb of the person next to you or my personal favourite where one personal favourite where we bring a pig out and slaughter it in front of everyone before smearing blood on the mens faces... damn too much survivor.

Anyhow, the icebreaker I will be using first is the four facts ice breaker. You right down four facts on your paper, read it out to the gang with one of the facts actually being an untruth. Everyone has to guess which one isnt true.

These are my four facts.

1. I have been the key subject of a front page news story.

2. I once won a radio phone in competition on the same day I phone in sick from work and got busted by my boss who was listening.

3. I have met the Dalai Lama when I was at high school.

4. I once shoplifted a Coca-Cola Yoyo (the Fanta variety, super spinner) and had to beat it up so my parents would believe I found it.

Everyone have your guess and I will let you know shortly as well as fill you in on other other three as well.
