So plenty has happened.

One of my staff is away today as he is distraught over his family in Malaysia. He hasnt been able to contact them since news of the tidal waves and Earthquake hit. They werent too close to the coast but he is still frightened for their safety so many thoughts and prayers are with him.

Wedding plans are progressing well with thoughts of all sorts of strange places. We looked at gold class cinema and are now examining the possibility of a zoo wedding. Whatever we do will be simple and fun.

Now for the awful news.

I turn 30 in less than a month. I hadnt seen this coming. I had been travelling along nicely. Life had been really good. But now I am about to get old. Real old. Ancient even.

I am deciding what to do as a night of commiseration. I have decided against suicide or anything quite that drastic. I have had my hairdresser check and so far no grey hair and I could be deluding myself but am pretty sure my hairline hasnt gone backwards.

Still come January 26th I am officially old. So spare a thought for me in your festive season as I am overtaken with thoughts of how old I am.

In the meantime I am off to spend what is left of my festive season working.
