I havent posted much lately. Have been too sore to even contemplate it. I completed the walk from Richmond to Frankston on the weekend just gone. 42km which is exactly marathon distance. Not quite at marathon pace though. It took me eight hours of walking to get there. I feel like I have broken both my legs. I cant actually walk properly still after almost a week.

I had been working up towards it as well. I had done lots of other walks, the longest being probably close to 30km.That extra 12 km really took something out of the legs. I can now only walk at Heidi pace which is frustratingly slow. Nothing else to do I guess though, now football season is over.

Heidi heads to India on Sunday. I am a bachelor for the next three weeks. Not as exciting as it sounds though. Cooking for one and keeping our cat company. Living life in the fast lane I am. It does mean though another ridiculously early morning to get Heidi out to the airport and load her onto a plane.

With that short update I am off to have a warm shower and try and loase some more of the aches and pains that riddle my body right now. I feel like I am a hundred.
