Updating

So I know I havent updated in a while. I have decided in my laziness to
provide not just an update but a SUPER update and have even included a link
for you all to be able to find out even more about me.

If you click on this link you will see a video of my wedding as well as get
a chance to read my wifes diary. Scary stuff huh.

Other than that not much else has been happening in my life. Have become a
fanatical walker of late. Some days going up to 30km, all part of the
greater aim I set myself of walking to Frankston which is both incredibly
stupid and boring but now that I have it in my head it is also something I
HAVE to do.

The only other semi amusing thing was last weekend. There I was sitting in
the pouring rain at the MCG watching my beloved Bombers find a way to lose
another match. Has been four months since we last won anything but I still
find a way to drag myself along and submit myself to all sorts of
humiliation.

Anyway, after the match I trudged through the carpark along with forty
thousand other people. I dont like crowds so I cut across the grass rather
than use the footpath. The grass though had given way to mud. It had been
raining for days on end. Just before I reached the road I saw the little
road crossing man go green. I went to run and catch it but lack of traction
caused by my broken toe (I havent told you about that but is relatively
boring, just kicked a bin whilst walking. I will tell the whole story later
and try to make it sound muych more gory and exciting) lead me to lose my
footing and off I went.

I was airborne momentarily and landed flush on my knees, then on my
backside and finally my hands and arms. Covered in mud I stood up proud at
keeping so many people around my amused with my stupidity. I starting
brushing the mud off me but unfortunately recent weight loss from all my
stupid walking has left my wedding ring decidely loose so when I started
flicking at the mud my ring went with it.

I knew straight away. Even though it was too cold to feel my fingers I knew
something was wrong. Thus the hunt started, back on my hands and knees
sorting through mud and grass until I realised my eye sight was no help
whatsoever (that took half an hour). I walked home and got Heidi and we
walked back and starting hunting again. Luckily for my life expectancy I
found the ring sitting nicely about 10 fgeet from where it all happened.

So there is my update for now.

Enjoy the video (the smaler you make the browser the better it looks!!!)

Keep Smiling

Jason
